Sugarman has been selected by the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) to Co-Chair this year’s Nursing Home Litigation Seminar taking place on November 14th at the Meadowlands Sheraton.  This year’s seminar will be a “Mock Trial” of a nursing home abuse case and is expected to be attended by more than 100 attorneys statewide. In addition to serving as co-chair, Mr. Sugarman will deliver the Opening Statement for the Plaintiff and Moderate various Panel Discussions.

Responding to being named Co-Chair for this important event Sugarman said:  “I am honored to have been selected by my peers to co-chair this seminar. Our Mock Trial will be a great opportunity for lawyers not only to network with other lawyers, but for us to teach other attorneys how to best represent the elderly when they are neglected or abused in nursing homes.”
